The GCC exists to promote quality and ethical coaching practices, build meaningful connections with peers, and provide inclusive support for coaches across the world. We offer resources, activities, conversations, and collaboration needed for coaches to thrive.
We're thrilled to announce the launch of our newest community initiative: the Health & Wellbeing Group , led by our esteemed GCC members Hami Taheri and Rhale Dusheiko!
What's This All About?
Ever find yourself giving brilliant wellbeing advice to clients that you struggle to follow yourself? You're not alone! This new group is specifically designed for coaches who help others thrive while navigating their own wellbeing challenges.
When Does It Meet?
The group will gather on the fourth Monday of every month from 3:00-4:00 PM Eastern US time , bringing a variety of engaging event formats to our community.
Our first session kicks off on Monday, June 23rd !
What to Expect
Each month, you'll explore practical wellbeing strategies specifically designed for coaches, blending cutting-edge science with real-world application. Topics will include:
• Developing personalized wellbeing practices that energize rather than deplete you
• Boundary-setting techniques to prevent coach burnout
• Transforming wellbeing concepts from "things you teach and coach“ to "ways you thrive and support your coaching“
• Building sustainable coaching practices that allow you to serve powerfully without sacrificing yourself
