Linda Drake, PCC, is a coach whose journey into the profession is as unique as it is inspiring. Unlike many coaches who enter the field directly, Linda’s path began in an administrative role, supporting coaches and observing the profound impact they had on others. She began as a coach-adjacent player, so to speak. Witnessing these transformations sparked her curiosity and passion for coaching. Over the course of a decade, Linda immersed herself in training and development, ultimately earning her PCC credential in 2022.
With a background and a related Master's Degree as a speech therapist, Linda has spent her life helping others grow and achieve their potential. Coaching became a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to personal development. Today, it is a fulfilling part-time profession that fits seamlessly into her life and reflects her deep desire to make a difference.
Based in California, Linda revels in the abundant nature of her own community! She derives a lot of peace and restoration spending time growing and nurturing her garden, and laughing at the wildlife hopping, rolling, running, and skittering around it. Trust me, her garden attracts the most amazing mix of little critters!
She works with clients across the globe, adapting effortlessly to their time zones and cultural contexts. Her innate curiosity fosters meaningful connections with her clients, and her compassionate approach empowers them to take bold steps toward growth and transformation.
